I can’t begin to express the amount of stress I thought I would have when my hot water heater burst and flooded my entire downstairs basement, laundry room, gym, and bathroom on 1/10/19. I panicked and reached out to a friend who referred me to Flood Medics. I called 5:30 p.m Spoke directly to owner he advised me I could relax, professional advised me of my next steps and by 7 p.m him and a crew were out sucking, drying, and removing carpet.
